Terms of Use
The rules for accessing and using PuntSocial's social sports-prediction features.
1. Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account or using PuntSocial, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines. You must be at least 18 years old. If local law requires a higher age or does not allow you to view betting-related content, do not use the service.
2. Social-only service
PuntSocial is a social platform for publishing provider-derived betslip records, discussing sports predictions, and viewing performance statistics. It does not currently accept stakes, hold user funds, operate paid-entry contests, pay prizes, or place bets for users. Any archived wallet or contest code is not an available public service.
3. No guarantee or advice
Predictions, odds, records, rankings, comments, and verification labels are informational and entertainment content. They are not financial advice and never guarantee a result. Betting can cause financial harm; make independent decisions and use licensed providers only where lawful.
4. Accounts and security
You are responsible for accurate account information and for activity under your account. Do not share access credentials, impersonate another person, evade restrictions, automate abusive access, or interfere with the service. Tell us promptly at support@puntsocial.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, format, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, secure, promote, and improve the service. You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit it. You can remove content where product controls permit, subject to legal, safety, fraud-prevention, and backup retention needs.
6. Moderation
We may restrict, label, remove, or preserve content and may suspend or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, comply with law, investigate abuse, or maintain service integrity. Reports do not guarantee removal; we assess context and available evidence.
7. Service changes and third parties
Sports data, bookmaker records, authentication, and infrastructure may depend on third-party services. Availability and accuracy can be delayed or interrupted. We may change or discontinue features and will give reasonable notice when a change materially affects users where practical.
8. Disclaimers and responsibility
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted access or error-free third-party data. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses or betting decisions made outside PuntSocial based on user content.
