How rights holders can report content and how affected users can respond.
Send a complete notice
Email support@puntsocial.app with the subject “Copyright notice.” Include your contact information; identification of the protected work; the exact PuntSocial URL or enough detail to locate the material; why you believe the use is unauthorized; a statement that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act; and your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
We may ask for missing information, preserve relevant records, notify the affected user, and remove or restrict material while reviewing the notice. We may share the notice with the affected user where appropriate. Misleading notices can harm other users and may create legal consequences.
Response or counter-notice
If your content was restricted by mistake, reply with the affected URL, the basis for your right to use the material, your contact information, and any supporting evidence. We will evaluate both submissions and may restore content where appropriate.
Repeat infringement
Accounts that repeatedly infringe intellectual-property rights may be restricted or terminated, taking context and reliable evidence into account.
