PuntSocial is an adult social service because its content relates to sports betting records and predictions.

Minimum age

You must be at least 18 to create or use a PuntSocial account. If the law where you live requires a higher age to view or engage with betting-related content, that higher age applies.

No underage targeting

Users may not direct betting-related promotions, solicitations, or encouragement toward minors. Content and accounts that appear designed to attract underage participation may be restricted or removed under our Community Guidelines.

Reporting and review

If you believe an account belongs to someone under 18, email support@puntsocial.app with the profile URL and reason for concern. We may request age confirmation, restrict the account during review, and delete underage account data subject to safety and legal retention needs.

Parents and guardians

A parent or guardian who believes a minor provided personal data should contact us. We will verify the request and take appropriate steps without asking for unnecessary sensitive information.
